Gladstone Indians Close Regular Season With Split
 GLADSTONE---One game was good, the other, not so much. The Gladstone Indians picked up a dramatic 6-5 win over the Eastern U.P. Travelers in the first game of a double header on Saturday. Then the boys suffered their worst loss of the year in the nightcap, falling to the Travelers, 16-0.  The three-run shot gave the Indians the walk-off victory, and their 35th win of the season. In the nightcap, Indians Manager Jim Groleau elected to start a number of younger players in the season finale, and it didn't go well, with the 16-0 loss. So, Gladstone finishes its season with a 35-9 record. The boys will head to Sault Ste. Marie for the Upper Peninsula Zone Five Championships next weekend.
