Snowstorm Forces More U.P. Sports Cancellations
The snowstorm that continued to pound the U.P. on Friday forced the following cancellations.
Girls Basketball: Westwood at Manistique (make-up Jan. 7), Gwinn at Munising (no make-up), Stephenson at Norway (make-up Feb. 15), Bark River-Harris at Mid Peninsula (no make-up), Cedarville at Engadine (no make-up), Brimley vs DeTour (make-up Jan. 29).
Boys Basketball: Sault Ste. Marie at Marquette (no make-up), Bark River-Harris at Republic-Michigamme (no make-up).

Girls Basketball: Rapid River at Forest Park (make-up Feb. 19). Big Bay deNoc at Hannahville (no make-up). Goodman at Stephenson (no make-up). Hancock at West Iron County (no make-up), L'Anse at Calumet (make-up Jan. 3). Negaunee at Marquette (make-up Jan. 28); Ontonagon at Northland Pines (no make-up).
