ESCANABA---The Upper Peninsula Youth Football League is under way at the Holy Name Field in Escanaba. More than 100 kids have joined the league this fall.
The young boys have three more weeks left in the season. They play between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturdays at Holy Name. They will also play during halftime of the Escanaba-Gladstone High School junior varsity game on October 10th in Gladstone.
