NEW BOSTON, Mich.---The Sault Ste. Marie Senior Girls (age 15-16) won both of their games Friday at the Senior Little League State Tourament in New Boston.
The Sault beat Grandville, 6-2, and then shut out Port Huron, 5-0.
The District 13 champions have clinched a spot in the state semifinals regardless of the outcome of their Saturday morning game against Edwardsburg.
