Northern Michigan Hockey Coach Signs 8-Year Deal

Northern Michigan University and head hockey coach Grant Potulny have entered into an eight-year employment agreement, according to NMU Director of Athletics Forrest Karr. The deal extends through June of 2026. Click the above headline for details.

  • NMU Lacrosse Team Falls To #24 Tiffin, 20-6

    Northern Michigan University's Lacrosse team faced #24 Tiffin University at the University of Findlay for another GLIAC tilt on Sunday, but the Wildcats fell to the Dragons, 20-6. Sophomore Graison Ringlever led the Wildcats with three goals. Junior Megan Palacio, freshmen Tess Kostelec, and Ellie Bahr also scored for NMU.

  • Gladstone Indians Board Meeting Scheduled May 2
    The Gladstone Indians American Legion Baseball’s, Monthly Board Meeting, will be held on Wednesday, May 2, at 7 p.m., at the Gladstone American Legion Post 71, in Gladstone. Baseball players and their parents, are encouraged to attend this meeting, if they are planning on playing Legion Baseball this summer. Baseball players, who are ages 13 to 19 years old, with birthdates from 1999 to 2005, are eligible to play, either Junior or Senior Legion Baseball.
