Part One: Three distributions for tickets to the Kraft Hockeyville™ USA 2016 NHL® Pre-Season Game between the Buffalo Sabres® and Carolina Hurricanes® scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena, 401 Fair Avenue, Marquette, MI (the “Pre-Season Game”).

Three distributions will take place. 1) One distribution for City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena related groups including the youth hockey participants, figure skating participants, staff and officials; 2) One distribution for Marquette Community Groups including the City of Marquette, local charities and community groups; 3) One distribution by draw will be held for General Public not falling into the aforementioned two distributions.

Part Two: If an NHL® Team practice session occurs on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena (the “Game Day Practice Session”) and is open to the public, three distributions for tickets to the Game Day Practice Session will also be held from the base of the remaining participants from Part One:

1) One distribution for City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena related groups including the youth hockey participants, figure skating participants, staff and officials; 2) One distribution for Marquette Community Groups including the City of Marquette, local charities and community groups; 3) One distribution by draw will be held for General Public not falling into the aforementioned two distributions.

The distributions for the NHL® Pre-Season Game and the distributions for the Game Day Practice Session shall each occasionally be referred to hereinafter as a “Distribution” and together as the “Distributions”.

1. Participant Eligibility The Distributions are open to:

a) Michigan residents falling outside of either of the remaining distributions outlined below
b) Registered members of City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Related Groups referenced in Part One
c) Marquette Community Groups referenced in Part One Each Eligible Entrant may only fall into one category above and the General Public Entrants may only submit one (1) ballot, not multiple. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and are subject to resident restrictions.

2. Entry Period

No purchase required.

• To enter the General Public Distribution Draw, Eligible Entrants need to visit the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena at 401 Fair Avenue, in Marquette, MI to complete a ballot during one of the dates and times listed below.

• Tuesday, September 13th 6pm-9pm
• Thursday, September 15th 6pm-9pm
• Wednesday, September 21st 6pm-9pm

• Eligible Entrants must show, at the time of ballot submission, one (1) piece of documentation demonstrating that they are a resident of Michigan, and proof of being over 18 years of age.

• The ballot will require all Eligible Entrants to provide name, address, city/town, state, postal code, ten digit telephone number, e-mail address and cell phone number, as applicable.

• At time of entry, Eligible Entrants will select preference of the Pre-Season Game or Game Day Practice Session. Preference is not guaranteed and will be honored as ticket quantities allow.

• All entries must be received by 9 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Only one (1) ballot per Eligible Entrant.

3. Number of Tickets Awarded Part One: A total of 2,600 individual Pre-Season Game tickets will be available through the Distributions in pairs of two (2) Part Two: A total of 2,600 individual Game Day Practice Session tickets will be available through the Distributions in pairs of two (2), if the Game Day Practice Session is open to the public, as determined by the National Hockey League (“NHL”) in its sole discretion.

4. Ticket Details Part One: Each selected Eligible Entrant will receive two (2) tickets to the Pre-Season Game between the Buffalo Sabres® and Carolina Hurricanes®. There will be a total of 1,300 ballots selected for the Distributions. All tickets must be accepted as awarded. All costs and incidental expenses related to the ticket holders’ attendance at the Pre-Season Game shall be the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.

Part Two: Each selected Eligible Entrant will receive two (2) tickets to the Game Day Practice Session, if the Game Day Practice Session is open to the public. There will be a total of 1,300 ballots selected for the Distributions. All tickets must be accepted as awarded. All costs and incidental expenses relating to the ticket holders’ attendance at the Game Day Practice Session (if the same is open to the public) shall be the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.

5. Ticket Conditions All tickets to the Pre-Season Game or the Game Day Practice Session (if open to the public) are provided at no cost to the ticket holder. No ticket(s) may be sold or auctioned (for monetary gain or otherwise), or used for any promotional or commercial purpose, or as prizing in any sweepstakes, drawing or giveaway (except, for clarity, by the town of Marquette, MI in connection with the present Draw). Tickets are non-transferable.

Should any tickets be sold or otherwise used in a manner non-compliant with these Official Rules and Regulations or the terms and conditions contained on such ticket(s), the ticket holder risks their ticket(s) being cancelled, without notice. If the Pre-Season Game and/or the Game Day Practice Session are cancelled for any reason, tickets will not be valid and no substitute tickets or other prizing will be awarded.

6. Official Distributions Part One: The official Distributions for the Pre-Season Game tickets will be conducted at the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena on Sunday, September 25, 2016 between 12 p.m. EST and 2 p.m. EST. Part Two: The official Distributions for the Game Day Practice Session tickets (if the same will be made open to the public) will be conducted at the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena on Sunday, September 25, 2016 following the Distributions for the Pre-Season Game tickets. For clarity, Eligible Entrants selected in the first draw for the Pre-Season Game will not be eligible for tickets to the Game Day Practice Session.

Each Distribution will be supervised by the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee, a representative from Marquette, MI and an independent representative from the community. Once all tickets have been allocated, the Distribution will be closed. For clarity, the Distribution for tickets to the Game Day Practice Session will only take place if the Game Day Practice Session has been confirmed to be open to the public by the NHL.

7. List of Winners A list of the Eligible Entrants selected to receive tickets will be available in the September 28, 2016 edition of The Mining Journal or by visiting the Lakeview Arena Facebook page on Thursday, September 28, 2016.

8. Claiming Tickets Tickets can only be picked up at the 5K Run/Walk, Marquette, MI, between 9 a.m. EST and 5 p.m. EST Saturday, October 1, 2016 or at the Fun Fair located at Superior Dome, MNU, 90 Johns St, Marquette, MI 12 p.m. EST and 6 p.m. EST Sunday, October 2, 2016. Winners will need to show photo identification and will be required to sign for their tickets. No one other than the name listed on the selected ballot may pick up tickets. Any tickets that go unclaimed as of 6 p.m. EST Sunday, October 2, 2016 will be forfeited by the winner. Any tickets forfeited will be reallocated at the sole discretion of the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee.

9. Chances of Winning The chance of winning a pair of tickets to the Pre-Season Game or the Game Day Practice Session depends on the total number of eligible ballots received during the entry period.

10. Ownership of Entries All entries shall become the property of the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee and will not be acknowledged or returned.

11. Release of Liability The City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee, the NHL and its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, NHL Network US, L.P. and The NHL Network, Inc. (such NHL Entities, collectively, the “NHL Entities”), the National Hockey League Players Association (“NHLPA”) and its members, Kraft Heinz and the National Broadcasting Corporation (“NBC” and collectively with the NHL Entities, NHLPA and Kraft Heinz, the “Partners”) assume no responsibility for late, lost, stolen, destroyed, misdirected, illegible or otherwise indecipherable entries or any combination thereof.

By accepting the tickets, winner agrees to release the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee and the Partners, and each of their respective directors, employees, members, officers, and agents from any and all liability, damage, loss or injury arising from the awarding, acceptance, use and/or misuse of the tickets, or from cancellation or non-occurrence of the Pre-Season Game and/or the Game Day Practice Session.

For clarity, neither the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee nor each of the Partners shall be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply any ticket, for any reason that is beyond the sole control of the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee, including, without limitation, any acts of God; any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental; equipment failure; terrorist acts; earthquake; war; fire; flood; explosion; unusually severe weather; hurricane; embargo; labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal, and whether or not NHL-related); labor or material shortage; transportation interruption of any kind; work slow-down; civil disturbance; insurrection; or riot.

12. Consent To Use of Personality By accepting a prize in the Draw(s), the winners and their guests consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, image or any other aspect of their personality, for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee and the Partners and their respective advertising and promotional agencies without payment or compensation.

13. Consent To Collection, Use And Disclosure Of Personal Information By entering the Distributions, and voluntarily providing personal information including name, address, telephone number, cell number, and email address, each entrant grants permission to the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee to: (a) collect and use the entrant’s information for the purpose of administering the Distributions and contacting selected entrants; (b) Post a list of Eligible Entrant names selected to receive tickets in the Mining Journal or on the notice posted to the Lakeview Arena Facebook page and (c) for any other purposes required or permitted by law.

14. Miscellaneous The Distributions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Distributions, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and all decisions of the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee and the Partners. Employees and families of employees of the Partners and the City of Marquette, Lakeview Arena Local Organizing Committee are not eligible to participate in the Distributions.

15. Release of Partners The Partners and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Distributions. The Partners have not offered or sponsored the Distributions in any way and are not involved in its operation or administration.

16. Rules and Regulations The Public Ticket Distribution Official Rules and Regulations can be found on the Lakeview Arena Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LakeviewArena/ NHL and the NHL Shield are registered trademarks of the National Hockey League, and HOCKEYVILLE is a trademark of the National Hockey League.
