COMEBACK KIDS: Braves Rally Past Mountaineers
 GLADSTONE---The Gladstone High School volleyball team lost the first two sets before coming from behind to beat the Iron Mountain Mountaineers, 3-2, Thursday night in Gladstone. The scores were 26-28, 11-25, 25-20, 25-8, 15-6. The match was Gladstone's annual "Volley For a Cure" match to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer programs in Delta County. The team was able to present a check f or $1,225 to Janet Martens, who is battling breast cancer and was picked as the recipient to help in her efforts to beat that disease. A ceremony was held between the second and third sets, and the Braves were inspiried on the court, as they dominated the Mountaineers in the final three games.
