Proceeds From 'Cancer' Volleyball Game Doled Out

GLADSTONE---The money that was raised from the recent "Spike Out Cancer" volleyball match between the Gladstone Braves and Escanaba Eskymos has been handed out.

Some of the money is helping the family of Escanaba student Amanda Mortl, who's mother is battling breast cancer. The rest went to the family of Gladstone student Katie Belonga, who lost her mother to the disease several years ago.
