CHELSEA, Mich.---The Escanaba High School hockey team made the long trip to Chelsea, Mich., on Wednesday to prepare for play in the Michigan Public High School Hockey Showcase.
The Eskymos practiced in Gaylord and then finished the eight-hour trip.
Escanaba faces three teams from Southeastern Michigan, with the first game being Thursday afternoon at 2:00 against Farmington.
The game will be broadcast live on WCHT-AM (600) and rrnsports.com.
