Graham Morrison drove in his cousin, Christian Groleau, in the top of the 14th inning as the Gladstone Indians beat the Escanaba Cubs, 4-3, in a marathon game at Al Ness Field. The Battle of Alger County on the Little League Baseball diamond was halted by a powerful rain storm on Sunday, and the Munising Major Boys (age 11-12) got full benefit from it. The TUNDRA Super Late Model Stock Car Racing Series came to Norway Saturday night, and boy, was it a rough ride for many of the drivers. Half of the 26 drivers ended the race in the pits instead of the finish line, and series points co-leader Dalton Zehr emerged with the victory.
