MARQUETTE----The Esacanaba Eskymos finally played some tennis on Monday, after having their matches rained out four times last week. The girls traveled to Marquette and lost to the Redettes, 6-2, in their Great Northern Conference finale.

The Eskymos mixed up their line-up a bit, with Jessica Snowden taking over for Codi Jenshak at #1 singles. She lost her match, but competed well on a warm, sunny, windy day in Marquette.
The Eskymos' #1 doubles team of Braedyn Bosilovatz and Kathyn Wood had Escanaba's most dominating performance of the day, winning their match, 6-0, 6-1.
The Eskymos will compete in the Great Northern Conference meet this Wednesday in Kingsford.
